REGULAR BAR – $36 PP

A selection of Lebanese plates, with your choice of main course and dessert. Raw meats are optional and available if requested in advance.

THE REGULAR BAR FORMULA INCLUDES:

COLD MEZZA

Hommos, Tabbouleh, Cherry Halloumi Bruschettas, Baba Ghannouj, Fattoush, Garden Garlic Labneh, and Sourket Shanklish.

HOT MEZZA

Potato Coriander, Fries, Kebbeh & Cheese Rolls, Eggs & Awarma, Sujuk or Makanek, Ras Asfour Karaz or Fatteh, Boneless Wings, Kasbet Djej, Chicken Pesto, and Bushrooms.

GRILLS

Mixed barbecue skewers or a mix of Chicken Funghi and Grilled Salmon Filet
